Your first contact
with The Lions Sick Children's Fund (FUND) will likely be a
referral from either a Doctor, Social Worker, or Clergy.
They are eligible to refer you if you have:
1. A child
with a serious medical problem, and
2. Treatment for your child is causing undue financial
hardship for your family.
If you meet these two criteria, but are
not in contact with a professional who can refer you, then
please contact the FUND directly at

arrange for a professional to confirm the need, and proceed
with assistance if required.
When contacting our office, at the
above number, between 9:00 am and 4:00 pm on weekdays you
will most likely reach one of our screening officers
directly. If you by chance reach the voicemail please leave
a message. Our voicemail is
confidential.
Notice of Confidentiality
All Client transactions are kept in
strictest confidence unless the client authorizes
information release: either to aid the child's treatment or
to help the FUND become better known in the community.

REFUND POLICY
This policy only applies donations made to the Lions Sick
Children's Fund Inc.
Should you change your mind we will happily refund your
donation providing the following conditions have been met:
1. You notify us within seven (7) days of making a donation.
2. You provide us with a copy of your receipt showing the
date and relevant details of your donation.
3. You indicate the reason for wanting a refund.
